Ingredients:
- 1 handful of fresh, ripe strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of full-fat natural (plain) yogurt
Instructions:
Blend or mash your strawberries until they reach a smooth consistency (a blender makes this easier, but a fork works too—I used a cup blender). Mix the strawberry puree with the yogurt, then spread a thin layer over your face for 10-15 minutes (the leftovers are delicious, so I like to snack on them!). Rinse with warm water, and follow up with your usual toner and moisturizer for wonderfully soft skin!
