I adore crafting homemade beauty recipes, especially when they feature simple ingredients! This bath salt offers a delightful aroma that enhances any soak. The natural oils from the orange provide excellent hydration, while green tea adds extra antioxidants (also found in oranges!) and rejuvenates tired skin. Additionally, green tea is known for its skin-tightening effects and radiant glow. Just add a few spoonfuls of this mixture to your bath and unwind! Ready to create your own?

You’ll need:
- 1 orange
- Epsom salt
- Green tea packets
Instructions:
- Begin by taking an orange. Squeeze the juice into a bowl and discard the leftover pulp.
- Combine the juice with 1 cup of Epsom salt. If your container has a lid, give it a good shake; if not, stir until the salt is thoroughly coated. If it seems too wet, simply add more salt. Epsom salt offers numerous benefits, such as alleviating aches, calming the nervous system, and detoxifying the body.
- Mix in one or two packets of green tea. I typically cut open the tea bags and pour the contents into the mixture. Stir well to combine.
- At this point, you should be enjoying a lovely fresh scent—almost minty! Transfer the salts to a jar for storage. They will dry out after a bit.
Keep the jar in a cool place (like your fridge!) and indulge whenever you need a refreshing boost! This blend also makes a fantastic gift. Get creative by embellishing your jar with natural twine and a label for a quick, thoughtful present!

Note: The darker salt at the bottom of the jar is a result of my attempt to add green food coloring for visual appeal—it turned into a bit of a mess! Avoid this step; it can stain the water, and we certainly don’t want to exit the bath looking like aliens, right?
